Internal Processing

Once your return package is received at our facility and inspected, we will initiate your refund immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be processed by our system.

Bank Processing

The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

03. Damaged or Incorrect Items
