01. Processing & Handling

At Elevatedstylewear, every order is treated with precision. Orders placed before our 5:00 PM EST cut-off will begin processing immediately. Our standard handling time is 1 business day.

Monday - Friday: Standard processing.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next available business day.

02. Transit & Fulfillment

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, domestic orders typically reach their destination within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent as soon as your label is printed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to reflect the initial scan.

Split Shipments

To expedite delivery, items from the same order may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional cost.

03. Accuracy & Delivery

                Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. Elevatedstylewear is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
            

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please contact us within 7 days. We recommend checking with household members or neighbors before filing a claim.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event of transit damage, please email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product for a rapid resolution.

04. Logistics Constraints

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. Please note that we do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

Force Majeure & Peak Seasons

Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons (Nov–Dec) or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier network disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
